Who we are

LocalOutRank is operated by Consolidated Assets LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. When this policy says "LocalOutRank," "we," "us," or "our," it means Consolidated Assets LLC and the LocalOutRank platform available at localoutrank.ai.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly and what we collect automatically as you use the service.

Information you provide:

  • Account basics: your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up
  • Business information: your company name, address, service area, and trade type
  • Payment details: billing information processed securely through Stripe (we never store raw card numbers)
  • Google Business Profile data: reviews, posts, photos, and profile metrics you authorize us to read
  • Customer contacts: phone numbers and names of your customers that you add to request reviews
  • Job photos and content: images you upload for use in the Content Calendar

Information we collect automatically:

  • Usage data: which features you use, how often, and when
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Log data: errors, API calls, and system events

We do not run behavioral tracking, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

How we use your information

  • To provide and operate the LocalOutRank platform
  • To calculate your Momentum Score and generate ranking recommendations
  • To send review requests to your customers on your behalf
  • To generate AI-drafted review responses and GBP post content
  • To track your competitor profiles as authorized
  • To process payments and send billing receipts
  • To send you platform notifications, product updates, and support communications
  • To improve the platform through analysis of aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

SMS messaging program

LocalOutRank operates two distinct SMS channels, and this disclosure is required by mobile carrier compliance programs (10DLC).

Platform notifications (subscriber messages):

When you create a LocalOutRank account, you may opt in to receive SMS notifications about your Momentum Score updates, competitor alerts, and platform activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to the platform.

Customer review requests (customer-care messages):

LocalOutRank sends review request text messages to your customers on your behalf. These messages are sent only to customers whose numbers you provide. The content of these messages clearly identifies your business as the sender. Your customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages from your business through our platform.

10DLC compliance disclosures:

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies based on your job volume and notification preferences.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message.
  • To get help: reply HELP or contact us at support@localoutrank.ai.
  • Phone numbers are never sold to third parties or used for advertising.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the LocalOutRank service.

What we never do with your data

  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not use your business data or customer contacts to train AI models.
  • We do not send your customers marketing messages beyond the review requests you initiate.
  • We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers listed below, who process it only to operate LocalOutRank.

Third-party service providers

We use the following infrastructure partners to operate LocalOutRank. Each operates under their own privacy terms and processes only the data necessary for their function:

  • Supabase: database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • SignalWire: SMS delivery for review requests and platform notifications
  • Resend: transactional email delivery
  • Vercel: application hosting and infrastructure
  • Google: Google Business Profile API integration, which you authorize during onboarding

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and restrict employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

Your data rights and ownership

Your business data belongs to you. This includes your customer contacts, job history, GBP content, and account information. You can:

  • Request a full export of your data at any time by emailing us
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data at any time
  • Update or correct your personal information in your account settings
  • Opt out of any SMS or email communications at any time

Upon cancellation or account closure, we retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, then delete it from our active systems. Backups may retain data for a short additional period in line with our disaster recovery practices.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

Children's privacy

LocalOutRank is a business software platform intended for use by contractors and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
